Here at Beardsley Advertising we are very excited to announce a new partnership between our agency and Red Disk Studios out of Buffalo, NY.  

Red Disk, founded by Traci Ackerman, hand crafts wallpapers of the highest quality in designs by living and past artists.  These exclusive designs are silk screened in a variety of suggested color paths, but each can be custom colored from a vast array of hues.  

Buffalo has a long history of extraordinary wall paper design, best exemplified by the Birge Company's offerings of the American artist Charles Burchfield's designs in the early to late 1920s.  Red Disk's first offerings were recreations of some of Burchfield's work through their affiliation with the Burchfield Penney Art Center.

Today they work with contemporary artists who develop designs that are works of art and not, as Traci says, just patterns on a wall.
